What is the Oktoberfest?

We bet that you already know it! Anyway, to refresh your mind, just know that the Oktoberfest is the world largest beer festival and it's held in Munich every year.

When is the Oktoberfest 2017?

The Oktoberfest usually lasts 16 to 18 days and that's why you can choose between 3 different dates for this organized trips:

  • 14th to 18th of September
  • 21st to 25th of September
  • 28th of September to 2nd of October

Some information about the Oktoberfest 2017 Beer Tour

The meeting point is on Thursday at Plaza Catalunya in front of the Hard Rock Cafe and the trip includes 2 nights accommodation in a bus-bed + 2 nights in camping.

You will jump on the bus and there you will be introduced to your friendly guides, meet your fellow Stokies, and already get into the Oktoberfest spirit! The bus is spacious and there’s plenty of room to stretch out and get a solid night’s sleep... If you want to sleep!

On Friday morning you will wake up in Munich and you won't to worry about anything apart from having a good time.

There will be a bunch of friendly guides to answer all of your questions and help you out when necessary. Then let the three days of fun begin, with lots of beers, amazing people and great experiences.

The bus will leave from the Stoke Travel Oktoberfest campsite on Sunday, and will be arriving in Barcelona Monday morning.

Camping life at the Oktoberfest Beer Tour

Right in the camp, you will find your tent waiting for you!
Inside the tent you will find a mattress and a sleeping bag with enough room, but not sure if you’ll maximize the large space provided, so don’t stress yourself as you sleep comfortably at night.

Great chefs will take care of your breakfasts, snacks and dinner on a daily basis.
No worries guys! you will be provided with delicious and appetizing breakfasts and hot dinners to keep your stomachs delighted.

Regularly in the camp there are lots of celebrations held such as parties with carnival touch, hot and blazing DJs, live bands, live radio programs, FREE BEER and SANGRIA without limit with just an extra token of 10€ per day, Wow!! can you beat that?
Of course, it's up to you to participate and have fun in these crazy parties.

You can be sure  to have an awesome time that will knock your socks off and senses out with an overdoze of  fun and it promises to be an experience of a lifetime!

Some of the activities

8am-10am Hot breakfast to get you all fuelled up for a day of drinking and boozing at the festival;

English speaking guides will direct you to the beer halls via public transport. Meet us at the Lowenbrau tent!

8pm Dinner included every night. Massive campsite party begins; the beer and sangria will be flowing and the music will start pumping.

11pm Oktoberfest closes for the night and all those who have lasted the day heads back to campsite to join the party!
